How long has EmpireCLS been in business?

EmpireCLS was founded in 1980 with one vehicle. Since then, we have grown to one of the largest providers of chauffeured transportation services in the world

How can I make, view or modify my reservation?

We offer many options when securing ground transportation with us. You can book via the web, telephone or by using our exclusive X-Press Connect ™ service. (EXC) All of these options are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How much does it cost to use your service?

We offer very competitive rates in almost every major city in the world. Please use our online Quick Quote system to obtain your rate.

What type of vehicles do you use?

We use late-model Lincoln Towncar L-Series Sedans, Mercedes-Benz S430 and S500 Sedans, Lincoln Towncar Stretch Limousines, Ford Econoline Custom Vans, Chevy Suburban and GMC Yukon Denali Sport Utility Vehicles, Krystal Koach Custom Minibuses and MCI full-size coaches.

What cities do you offer service in?

We offer service in practically every major city in the world. Please check out our partial listing of cities, domestic and international. If you do not see you city listed, please contact our Global Network Department.

Do you offer service for large groups?

Our resources include over 12,000 vehicles worldwide and over 20,000 dedicated transportation professionals to serve our clientele. We have a dedicated Meeting and Events department that can assist you with all of your group travel needs.

How can I get a receipt?

You can obtain receipts online instantly after joining our Online Services.

How and where do I locate my chauffeur?

If at an airport or train station, please check out Pickup Procedures query section. Your chauffeur will hold an EmpireCLS Chauffeured Services sign with your last name on it. Some companies also have custom signs with their logo on them.

Can I book trips for multiple people through your website?

Yes, in order to book trips for multiple profiles, you will need to fill out a Multiple Profile Access Form.

Can I check the status of a trip online?

Yes, You can check the status of your trip from beginning to end. This is especially useful for executive assistants that just want to make sure their boss was picked up.

How do I sign up for your online services?
