By partnering with account management, the Inspector of Fleet Standards conducts ongoing, unannounced corporate site vehicle inspections and chauffeur performance checks, in an effort to surpass account specific requirements and expectations.
Fleet Operations & Services
Not only is EmpireCLS Worldwide Chauffeured Services one of the largest chauffeured ground transportation providers in the world, EmpireCLS is Ford's largest purchaser of the L Series Lincoln Town Car. EmpireCLS prides itself on ensuring that only "Late Model" vehicles in the finest mechanical condition and physical appearance are used.
- EmpireCLS Worldwide Chauffeured Services owns and operates an authorized Lincoln Warranty Service Center that employs ASE certified mechanics and dedicated service managers.
- Each vehicle receives a full inspection and is serviced once per month. All EmpireCLS vehicles are subject to random, unannounced inspections ordered on a daily basis by our Driver Services Manager. The Driver Services Manager and staff also perform spot inspections of drivers and vehicles at local airports.
- Each vehicle in EmpireCLS's fleet is kept in immaculate condition. In addition to monthly mechanical maintenance, every vehicle is detailed to "show room standards" once per month and will undergo a regular cleaning as often as necessary.
- EmpireCLS Worldwide Chauffeured Services vehicles are replaced every 24 months with brand-new vehicles. The average age of a vehicle in our fleet is 12 months.
