Empire Interfaces with Sabre and X-Press Connect is Born

EmpireCLS Worldwide Chauffeured Services has introduced a new booking tool called Empire X-Press Connect (EXC). EXC allows Sabre users to secure chauffeured ground transportation from their Sabre desktops in real time. Sabre agents need simply to access a fill in screen. This screen prompts the agent for pertinent information relevant to the ground transportation requirement. Once the screen is completed, the information interfaces directly with Empire's system and the request is confirmed within seconds. Chauffeured ground transportation will also appear on a traveler's itinerary along with airline and hotel information.
Because EXC allows Sabre users to interface directly with EmpireCLS Worldwide Chauffeured Services's reservations system, all traveler information can be taken directly from their profile, i.e. billing information, home and business address, traveler preferences, etc. Corporations may use a standard version of EXC or have the script customized to meet any corporate requirement. Empire X-Press Connect offers the unique ability to assimilate important corporate information such as cost centers, passwords, or landmarks. Agent training is available and Empire Sabre agents are accessible at (800)-451-5466 x 2904 from 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. to assist customers with any questions they may have.
