“Our new web site incorporates the best of the old combined with some
new interactive additions to improve our service to web users,”
explained Mr. David Seelinger, President and CEO of EmpireCLS Worldwide
Chauffeured Services “EmpireCLS’s web site has the industry’s only real
time web based reservation process. Users can reserve, cancel or modify
reservations with a few clicks and keystrokes. One of the new and most
innovative aspects of the new web page allows customers to receive an
automated receipt of the trip within 24 hours after the service has
been completed,” Mr. Seelinger added.
Another enhancement provides the ability to ascertain the status of
a trip in progress. “If an assistant needs to locate his or her boss,
they can click on the ‘Trip Status Button’ and the system will display
the status of any in-route reservation. The ‘Trip Status’ option will
indicate if the passenger is in-route, been dropped off at their
destination or the chauffeur is on location awaiting the client.”
Developed by Paragon Systems, EmpireCLS’s wholly owned technology
company, the web site offers the most options in the industry. Mr. Jim
Magee, Jr, Director of Product Development, further explained, “Another
new enhancement is aimed directly at travel agencies utilizing the
Sabre and Apollo Global Distribution Systems. Agencies can download
EXC-Sabre or EXC-Apollo scripts directly from the web site to their
desktops. EXC-Sabre and EXC-Apollo are seamless electronic interfaces
allowing travel consultants to reserve chauffeured transportation
segments within the Sabre or Apollo record. The consultant completes
the script, queues the record to EmpireCLS and the reservation and
confirmation are electronically returned to the agent in about 5 seconds
