EmpireCLS Unveils Environmentally Friendly Fleet at Art Gallery

(Los Angeles – August 27, 2007)  EmpireCLS Worldwide Chauffeured Services will showcase its latest models of environmentally friendly vehicles at the Celebrity Vault’s exhibition of “Celebrity Icons,” on August 30, 2007, at the Celebrity Vault Art Gallery, located in Beverly Hills, where a cocktail reception will be held from 6pm to 9pm.  Attendees will include Corporate Travel Managers, Talent, PR Firms, and eco-friendly activists.

“We think the Celebrity Vault event is another great opportunity,” said David Seelinger, EmpireCLS Chairman and CEO, “for us to remind people of the availability of environmentally friendly vehicles in our industry and our commitment to the environment.”

The presentation will feature the Lexus RX 400h Hybrid, the Lexus 600LH Hybrid Sedan, the BMW Hydrogen 7 and the Toyota Prius.  The vehicles will be parked in front of the gallery where guests will be able to get inside, check out the interior, and look under the hood.  A Lexus representative will also be on hand to answer questions about the luxury line and its hybrid technology.

The BMW Hydrogen 7 is still in its “Pioneer Program,” in which BMW has given the luxury alternative fuel vehicle to industry leaders and prominent figures in entertainment, politics, business and other sectors of society.  EmpireCLS participates in the program by lending ground transportation support to users of the program.

“Even though the H7 is not yet for sale,” said Bruce Cardenas, Executive Vice President of Business Affairs, “we’re delighted to have this opportunity to showcase the vehicle and give people a preview of hydrogen technology.”
