I have spent much of my life working, in one way or another, within the chauffeured transportation industry, and yet I still find myself excited to walk into the office each morning. My enthusiasm is due in large part to the many wonderful and talented individuals who work alongside me at EmpireCLS.

Our industry is, above all else, a service industry, and our reputation depends upon providing exceptional personalized service to every EmpireCLS customer. From the time you call to book a reservation, to the moment you step out of one our vehicles at your destination, we want your chauffeured transportation experience to be tailored to your specific needs and demands. Of course, such hands-on customer care would not be possible without an entire team of chauffeurs, reservations agents, dispatchers, support staff, and managers, all committed to achieving the highest possible levels of service.
