Airport Concierge Services
The EmpireCLS Airport Concierge team provides an extra level of service by expediting the check-in process, assisting with baggage, escorting travelers into airline club lounges, and coordinating all details with the assigned chauffeurs prior to arrival or departure. Please consult a global reservation agent for greeter rates and meeting locations during the booking process.
Regardless if you utilize this service, you will be promptly met by your chauffeur at the designated limousine waiting area at the airport. For your benefit, EmpireCLS continually monitors all inbound flights via a direct satellite uplink to the FAA Air Traffic Control computer to ensure our chauffeurs are waiting for you whether your flight is early, on time or delayed.
Roadshows
EmpireCLS features a Road Show Desk dedicated exclusively for planning and meeting the on-the-spot needs of our customers. Road Show customers receive 24/7/365 access to a dedicated 800 number, fax number and e-mail address for bookings, account status, itinerary updates and more. In addition, a dedicated Road Show coordinator in each city is assigned to make sure arrangements and services are flawless on every stop of your itinerary.

Driven to Protection
Safety is paramount to EmpireCLS, and has always been our highest priority. Our clients travel with confidence, knowing that full background checks are completed on all of our chauffeurs and employees prior to being hired. Our pre-screening includes: Social Security verification, Department of Motor Vehicles abstracts, previous employment references, drug and alcohol testing and criminal checks – to include federal, state, and civil. EmpireCLS chauffeurs are also randomly screened for drugs and alcohol during the length of their employment.

Today, most travel programs mandate the use of automated online booking tools that integrate with global distribution systems (GDS). With fully integrated interfaces between these automated tools and our proprietary software, EmpireCLS offers solutions to meet the needs of your travel program.
EmpireCLS’ innovative software delivers the most advanced interactive reservation and dispatch system in our industry. Our in-house programming team enhances and maintains our proprietary software and wireless gateway. Our advanced technology includes Blackberry interactive PDAs and two-way radios, which enable our operations team to communicate with chauffeurs in real time. All trip details, itinerary updates, and directions are automatically sent through our system to the chauffeurs’ PDA.
Our online services not only allow you to book and update reservations in real time, but also provide multiple levels of access for administrators of corporate accounts. You can generate and maintain personalized profiles for each individual traveler under your account, specifically tailored to his or her ground transportation needs. Our system can also provide automated confirmations and receipts to you conveniently through a wide variety of platforms: via email, fax, or directly to your PDA. In addition, we assist our corporate clients in managing their transportation programs through an array of monthly and quarterly service reports, many of which can be downloaded online.
